Jalview Develop 2.12 is currently pre-alpha - it includes a number of new features:

• Web Services provided by Slivka-Bio
• Support for visualisation and analysis of alignments involving HMMER3 profiles
• Ability to run locally installed HMMER3 command line tools

To access the development build:

• Open JalviewJS 2.12 in your browser.

• Install the Jalview Develop App (see Installing Jalview Develop) and use it to open the

  Jalview Develop 2-12 JVL File

  WARNING! Downloading this JVL file might automatically switch your Jalview installation to version d2-12 (without auto-updates).
