New Jalview patch release: 2.11.1.7 - fixes bugs on Windows and accessing Xfam Services

The 2.11.1.7 patch release, published on 18-01-2022, fixes a file save bug for windows users and reinstates access to Pfam and Rfam alignment retrieval services.
