Hello,

I am new to this discussion list, and I am also pretty new to the jalview program. I have a question that seems very simple to me-- but I haven't been able to find the information in the jalview documentation. Hopefully someone can help?

So I am simply aligning two sequences and identifying conserved regions/residues, etc. I would like to include and export the conservation annotation bar graph with my final alignment file, but I would prefer to not use the default yellow/brown color scheme. Is there any way that I can keep my aligned sequences uncolored, but just change the color scheme of the conservation annotation bar graph below?

Thank you,
T
