[Jalview-discuss] Jalview downloaded but not as desktop app

Dear Listers,

 

I've attempted to download Jalview from
http://www.jalview.org/download.html and have verified that Java is
functioning.

 

Although the software running, there are no exe files and the
application does not exist on my pc. Therefore, I can't reinvoke the
application without going to the webpage and downloading.

 

There was no save file option on the download, only run.

 

How do I get the application saved to my pc.
