[Jalview-discuss] Jalview not working

Hi
Jalview of protein alignments was working just fine about 2 weeks ago,
but now it only shows the list of protein names.  This happens in both
Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Explorer.  Any ideas as to what has gone
wrong?
