Hello Jean.

Thanks for the email - I apologise that your post was rejected - the 
list does not allow more than 40Kb in an email.

Regarding your problem, I presume that you using the applet from the 
Pfam website ?  If so, the reason you cannot see the menu is that they 
may be using an old version of the Jalview applet - which has this 
specific problem.

I hope someone on this list has a suggestion... I am viewing a Pfam
sequence alignment in a Jalview window on a Mac, and there is no menu
bar at the top of the window.  Does anyone know how to make the menu
appear?  It's there just fine when I view the alignment on a PC...

I attached a picture of what I see, and what I should see.
