[Jalview-discuss] Problems with Jalview on OS 10 Leopard ?

Hello All.

A colleague has been having some display issues with the Jalview
application on his OSX 10.5 Mac, when running the Jalview desktop under
Java 1.5.

Can I ask if anyone else has had problems ?  I've suggested he switch to
Java 1.6 for running applications, and that has seemed to fix the
problems - the redraw bug with Java 1.5 looks suspiciouly like the bug
observed by Beryl users (see the list archives here), and is caused by
poorly handled window redraw events in the Swing implementation.
