Hello All,

This announcement should go to several lists, so those who have been 
successfully enrolled to jalview-announce will be glad to know that 
Jalview 2.08.1 is available for download now.

Essentially a bug fix release to fully display the annotations from a 
JPred result, this version also allows case sensitive searches, the 
toggling of case of a selected region and the ability to compress the 
visual alignment with the middle mouse button.
